Do products vary from images shown on site?

Yes, given every product is hand poured and select products hand painted they may vary from images on website.

How long does it take to get a custom order?

Accepted Answer

All custom orders are manufactured to suit once a deposit is made. You can choose a reasonable delivery date. Normally please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping rate is To Be Determined once the Item is ready.

When do you stop taking orders for the Halloween Season?

Generally we stop accepting orders for the Halloween season on or around June 1st. This allows us to guarantee that we can fill all orders in time for the Season.

Are there any returns or exchanges?

Return and Exchange Policy:  An order or deposit may be cancelled within 3 business days of sales order date for a refund unless the delivery or manufacturing has been expedited, including Custom Orders.  7 Day exchange due to any manufacturer’s defect. Full payment is due before shipment. All Sales are Final.

Full payment is due before shipping.  Shipping prices may vary by location, item dimension, shipping choice and weight and will be calculated before final payment is due.  Shipping prices are not included in our order Total or Balance due.

Yes, all our silicone products are tattooable. (all our silicone products are but beware, not all silicone products in the market are tattooable) The amount of canvas and stretch of skin on the Real Feel Series require advanced tattooing techniques and are meant for professional tattoo artists.
